By creating an account on 499bet or using any service on the platform, a member is considered to have given full consent to these terms and conditions. If you object to any term, you must refrain from using the service.

1.2 Definition of Service

1.3 Language and Interpretation

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute over interpretation, the Bengali version shall prevail. 499bet reserves the right to make the final interpretation in cases of any ambiguity.

2.1 Age Eligibility

To register on 499bet, a member must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By creating an account, the member confirms that they meet this age requirement. 499bet may request identity documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 Registration Requirements

All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, accurate, and current. The following details are mandatory:

• Full legal name (as per National ID card)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth

If false information is provided, 499bet has the right to close the account immediately, and the remaining balance in the account may be forfeited.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same mobile device, IP address, or household is prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be cancelled and any associated bonuses will be forfeited.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

499bet provides services to users in Bangladesh. The member confirms that using online gaming services from their location does not violate the local laws and regulations applicable to them.

3.1 Protection of Personal Credentials

A member's login details — username and password — are entirely personal and confidential. These must not be shared with anyone. Any activity carried out from a member's account will be considered to have been done by the member themselves, unless they immediately notify 499bet of unauthorised access.

3.2 Password and Account Protection

Members must maintain a secure password. A strong password should include the following elements:

• At least 8 characters
• A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
• Use of numbers and special characters
• Not reusing passwords used on other sites

3.3 Account Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request, 499bet may verify identity. This process may require submitting a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. If a member does not cooperate with the verification process, the withdrawal request will remain on hold.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 499bet is ৳100 (applicable for all methods). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). 4.2 Withdrawal Terms

5.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• A bonus may be claimed only once per account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirements have not been met.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 499bet reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Bonus funds and winnings earned from bonuses are tracked separately.

6.1 Validity of Bets

Every bet placed on 499bet is treated as a contract. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless incorrect odds or conditions were displayed due to a system or human error.

6.2 Erroneous Odds and Payouts

499bet reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect or displayed due to a system error. In such cases, the amount used in the bet will be returned to the member's account.

6.3 Integrity of Play

If any member attempts to influence the outcome of a game or exploit system vulnerabilities using betting software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other technological means, the account will be closed immediately and the balance will be forfeited.

6.4 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sports, the following rules apply: if a match is cancelled, the bet will be refunded; for live betting, the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will apply; if a match venue or rules change for any reason, 499bet reserves the right to make a decision.

6.5 Mobile App

499bet's Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. These same terms and conditions apply equally to all transactions and betting activity conducted through the app.

7.1 Setting Limits

• Attempting to attack the platform's technical infrastructure
• Threatening or harassing other members, staff, or third parties

8.2 Member's Rights

A member may request the closure of their account at any time. In this case, the balance in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member's registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. To reactivate an inactive account, the member must seek assistance via live chat.
